И подобное для Челябинска не редкость. В областном центре периодически вводят режим неблагоприятных метеоусловий, когда людям рекомендуется не открывать окна и не выходить на улицу, дабы не надышаться вредными веществами, накопленными в воздухе.
А куда смотрит министр экологии региона Сергей Лихачев? Или он успешно притворяется слепым? Как можно было не заметить проблему, повторяющуюся из раза в раз?
