По сети пошла гулять концепция кластера на 600 000+ «квадратов», который «Киевская площадь» забабахает (вроде обещают, что до дела дойдет) на месте экс-штаб-квартиры Совета экономической взаимопомощи и соседних территориях.

Глядя на визуалы 👆, не покидает ощущение дежавю: нам показалось или это какой-то микс проектов на Лужнецкой, в Южном порту, на Самокатной, рядом с ТПУ «Зорге» и иже с ними?

📍 Локейшен: ЦАО, Арбат, ближайшая станция метро — «Краснопресненская» (900 м).
