▪️Общая площадь застройки в ГНС осталась прежней = 1,1 млн м². ▪️Жильё подрезали на четверть, до 550 тыс. м². Из которых 32% отойдёт реновации (175,5 тыс. м²). ▪️2 школы (800 + 325 мест), 2 садика (по 300 мест), ФОК (7,3 тыс. м²) и большой медцентр (26,3 тыс. м²)
Если «медцентр» – будет городской поликлиникой, то будет шикарно. Ибо по этому фактору локация проседает. Кратко, что там вокруг
Кстати, со сроком реализации в прошлый раз угадал. В проект КРТ закладывают предел в 14 лет
