Медианная зарплата продавца-консультанта составила 59,5 тысячи рублей. На 22% выросла зарплата кассиров — до 50 тысяч рублей. Товароведы стали получать больше на 7%, около 60,2 тысячи рублей. Зарплаты грузчиков выросли на 5%, до 53,5 тысячи рублей.
По мнению экспертов, основная причина такого роста зарплат в ритейле — дефицит кадров.
