Иду себе по улице, пьяна
от путаного утреннего сна,
придумываю миру имена,
такие, чтобы осень стала тёзкой –

весёлой тёткой тоже под полтос.
Стучит, гудит, скрежещет метромост,
несётся электричка, как барбос
за брошенной хозяином поноской.

Ну что, какие новости с полей?
Прибавилось ли к доллару нулей?
На ветровом стекле у «жигулей»
просыпаны, как оспенные пятна,
берёзовые жёлтые листки...
На станции печалятся гудки
протяжно, монотонно, многократно.

Ещё листвою город не истёк,
а тройня зимних месяцев растёт,
ворочается в пасмурной утробе.
Ещё чуть-чуть, ещё немного дней –
и лето обесточится во мне,
замрёт усталой бабочкой меж рёбер.

Я вспомню, как заматываться в шарф,
прощать глупцов (так лечится душа),
на пальцы побелевшие дышать
и зябко передёргивать плечами.

И вот тогда в холодный полумрак
снег выпадет – как выигрыш, как знак,
что с чистого листа пора начать мне.
