В Tower B и Tower C в составе офисного квартала STONE Towers раньше заявленного срока полностью осуществлен кадастровый учет помещений изарегистрировано право собственности застройщика на первое помещение.
Напомним, что в конце прошлого года Tower B и Tower C получили разрешение на ввод в эксплуатацию, и менее чем за месяц застройщиком получена первая выписка из ЕГРН, подтверждающая право собственности на помещение — это позволит в ближайшее время перейти к регистрации права собственности резидентов на их помещения.
