Напомним, идею открытия филиала МГУ в Чечне на уровень Правительства РФ вынес полпред Президента в СКФОЮрий Чайка. Проект лично одобрил Михаил Мишустин. Филиал московского университета в Грозном образован постановлением правительства от 27 марта.

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
