Согласно распоряжению правительства Москвы, на территории площадью 5,3 га в районе Павелецкого вокзала появится жилая застройка общей площадью 358 100 м².
Напомню, что ранее мэрия утвердила ещё один проект КРТ на Дербеневской улице, который предусматривает строительство 257 800 м² недвижимости, из которой 163 850 м² — жилье.
Все эти проекты разрабатываются в интересах группы «Пионер», т.к. девелопер уже консолидировал большую часть участков попавших в эти проекты КРТ.
Макет будущей застройки всего района Павелецкой «Пионер» демонстрировал на Мосурбанфоруме.

The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
