Согласно данным «СПАРК-Интерфакс», компания «У2-Девелопмент», связанная с MR Group, стала единственным владельцем фирмы «СП Ритм», которой принадлежит административный корпус НИФХИ им. Л. Я. Карпова на улице Обуха.
Ранее «СП Ритм» принадлежала екатеринбургскому застройщику Prinzip, который строит жилые дома класса «комфорт» в Екатеринбурге.
В 2018 году «СП Ритм» стала владельцем имущественного комплекса научно-исследовательский физико-химический института им. Л. Я. Карпова по адресу: улица Обуха, вл. 3, но так и не смог согласовать застройку этого участка.
Уверен, что MR Group сможет решить вопрос с властями Москвы, тем более, этот участок рассматривался на заседании градостроительно-земельной комиссии в сентябре.
