На днях произошел вопиющий инцидент, связанный с действиями отдельных военнослужащих, которые позволили себе недопустимые, уголовно наказуемые действия в отношении сослуживцев.

Те, кто попытался применить физическую силу против раненых ребят – ничтожества. Их ждет ответственность, возбуждено уголовное дело.

Искренне сопереживаю за ребят из 55-ой бригады. За два года специальной военной операции бойцы из Республики Тува, и не только, стали нам как родные. Их героическое поведение на фронте, удачные штурмовые действия заслуживают только уважения и почета.

Мужество, честь и отвага давно стали олицетворением поведения чёрных барсов!

Желаю всем доблестным защитникам Отечества воинской удачи, силы духа и победы!

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
