Из федерального бюджета на реализацию нового нацпроекта «Инфраструктура для жизни» направлено 3,8 млрд рублей. В текущем году в регионе приступят к возведению двух школ на 550 и 1100 мест, модернизируют 52 объекта коммунальной инфраструктуры, обустроят 50 общественных территорий. Также в планах ремонт 58 км дорог, более 430 погонных метров мостов, работы на путепроводе в Пензе и завершение реконструкции моста в Лунинском районе.
Марат Хуснуллин поставил Пензенскую область в пример прочим российским регионам. Он отметил, что в части реализации инфраструктурных проектов регион каждый год находится в «зеленой зоне».

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
