П’ятеро людей загинули та дев’ять отримали поранення внаслідок атаки армії РФ балістикою по портовій інфраструктурі на Одещині, повідомив міністр розвитку громад та територій України Кулеба.
Під час атаки ушкоджень зазнало цивільне судно під прапором Панами — контейнеровоз Shui Spirit. Це третє іноземне судно, атаковане російськими військовими за останні чотири дні.
