У Рівному на перехресті вулиць Чорновола та Карнаухова, поблизу Басівкутського водосховища, 3 лютого сталося аварійне пошкодження каналізаційного колектора. Внаслідок цього без централізованої каналізації залишилися мешканці мікрорайону Південний та вулиці Дачної з усіма прилеглими вулицями.

Наразі тривають ремонтні роботи з відновлення пошкодженої ділянки.
