Посчитать «теневой сектор» не получится, но сейчас ситуация такова, что большие объемы товаров идут именно по этим каналам.

Роль доллара в мировой торговле снизилась, но это также привело к валютному дисбалансу в отношениях с теми же Индией и Турцией. Рупий и лир у нас много, а вот покупать на них нечего.
