Чтобы быстро изготовиться и потом сменить позицию, рекомендую на тренировках по ФИЗО делать выпады - чтобы тело привыкало к двигательному паттерну. То есть колени, голеностоп скрипели не так сильно. Потому что в боевой обстановке на вас будет еще разгрузка, броня, возможно, рюкзак.

Сесть как на фото, вы, возможно, сможете, но встать будет уже затруднительно. Тем более, что для более стабильной изготовки, носок правой ноги (сзади стоящей) должен не упираться в землю, а его следует развернуть вперед и прям сесть на ступню.

И без соответствующей подготовки ваши связки такие трюки могут и не выдержать. Поэтому делаем выпады: болгарские или просто «прогулка фермера» - не важно. Главное - тело должно привыкнуть к какому-то нужному нам двигательному алгоритму.
