А причина проста: остатки старых столбов спилили уже после укладки нового асфальта - и теперь, чтобы дыры от них не оставались на годы, ремонтники вынуждены были срезать асфальт. Только так распиленные остатки старых столбов можно будет закатать под асфальт.
Более простой путь - спилить их под корень до укладки чистового слоя асфальта - почему-то никому в голову не пришёл. Зато теперь новый асфальт, уложенный на огромной площади, будет с самого начала в заплатках...

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
