Борис родился 27 августа 2000 года в с. Хонгодоры Тункинского района в семье Шобосоевых Петра Будаевича и Людмилы Николаевны. Светлая память о защитнике Отечества навсегда останется в наших сердцах. Прощание с Борисом состоится 19 февраля 2025 года, с 10:00 до 12:00 в прощальном зале "Вечность" по адресу: г.Улан-Удэ, ул. Борсоева, д. 1а /1 (Остановка «Динамо») Адрес поминального зала: г.
