Минприроды Новосибирской области напоминает, что любые сливы сточных вод в водные объекты запрещены законодательно, если на них не получено отдельное разрешение. В ведомстве отметили, что река Тула стала пилотным проектом по тампонажу незаконных выпусков в связи с наибольшим количеством жалоб. После отработки перекрытия труб, практика распространится и на другие реки.
Продолжится и работа по привлечению к ответственности лиц, допускающих нарушение требований законодательства в области охраны водных объектов. В таких нарушениях специалисты подозревают как производственные предприятия и управляющие компании, так и владельцев индивидуальных жилых домов. Как показывает практика других регионов, после тампонирования нарушители сами объявляются и пытаются получить разрешения, ведь вся жидкость, которая стекала в реку, начинает течь обратно в помещение 🤢
