С учетом изменений к 2030 году должны быть достигнуты следующие цели программы: повышение ожидаемой продолжительности жизни при рождении до 75,6 лет, снижение смертности населения от всех причин смерти до 14 человек на 1000 населения, повышение удовлетворенности населения медицинской помощью до 58 процентов. Система целеполагания и задачи программы сформированы с учетом национальных целей развития на период до 2030 года и на перспективу до 2036 года.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
