Поскольку Прозоровские принадлежали к самой древней родовой аристократии, их герб сочетал в себе старейшие земельные эмблемы, восоэходящие к царским печатям XVI-XVII веков. В случае Прозоровских это Смоленск, Ярославль (родоначальник ярославской династии Фёдор Чёрный был из смоленских Рюриковичей), Киев (смоленские предки Фёдора Чёрного сидели на киевском престоле), Казань и, предложительно, Пермь (привязка к роду этих двух эмблем не ясна).

Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
