Подписчица вчера вечером увидела рядом с заправкой на Чичерина вот такую картину. Ну и заволновалась: неужто в Тамбове устанавливать собрались?
Будем мыслить логически:
1. Если бы собрались, власти бы об этом сообщили 100%, указали бы адреса. Потому что какой смысл устанавливать укрытия скрытно?
2. В Тамбове не настолько опасная обстановка, чтобы такое устанавливать. До нас могут долететь только дроны. Но все дроны пока пролетают мимо (тьфу-тьфу-тьфу, постучали по дереву).
Да, можно предположить, что везут, например, в Котовск, но см. п.1. Опять же, если бы в Котовске такое поставили, все бы узнали через 5 минут. Город-то небольшой.
Поэтому, не боясь ошибиться, скажем, что это транзитный груз в один из приграничных регионов.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
