Сотрудники ФСБ РФ в декабре 2024 года задержали в Минске 29-летнего 3D-моделлера из Пыть-Яха Евгения Убираева. Как сообщила SOTAvision, после начала война у него появились суицидальные мысли и он «выбрал такой способ суицида» — поддержать воюющий на стороне Украины легион «Свобода России».
Убираев сфотографировал несколько военных объектов, но отказался закладывать бомбу под авто по заданию легиона. Ему начали угрожать, и он уехал в Армению.
Во время визарана его задержали в и минском аэропорту, сейчас Убираев находится в СИЗО в Екатеринбурге и обвиняется в участии в деятельности террористической организации (статья 205.5 УК РФ). Его отец подписал контракт с ЧВК «Вагнер» в колонии и сейчас находится на войне в Украине.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
