Ну, и бонус: новые города сейчас активно трансформируются, прежде всего переводя транспорт на электрическую тягу. Трамваи, поезда, электробусы, электромотоциклы и электромобили требуют огромного количества энергии. Постепенное замещение ГСМ киловаттами потребует огромного числа ТЭС, АЭС и прочих ВЭС и СЭС.
