В Следственном комитете рассказали, в чем обвиняют директора автоспортивного комплекса «Трасса 74» Сергея Ефимова.
По данным Следкома, с апреля 2022-го по август 2024 года он получил частями взятку в размере более четырёх миллионов рублей от заместителя директора фирмы за незаконное выделение участка автоспорткомплекса под размещение асфальтного завода.
В отношении Ефимова возбуждено уголовное дело по части 6 статьи 290 УК РФ (получение взятки в особо крупном размере). Ему грозит до 15 лет колонии.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
