Арбитражный суд Петербурга и Ленинградской области 21 ноября завершил конкурсное производство в отношении ООО "Кировский завод газовые технологии" (КЗГТ). В 2018 году компания сообщала о планах построить в Петербурге и Ленобласти сеть автомобильных газонаполнительных компрессорных станций (АГНКС) и три среднетоннажных СПГ–производства. Партнёром по первому проекту назывался "Газпром", по второму — некие германские компании. Однако эти планы не были осуществлены. Изначально единственным владельцем ООО "КЗГТ" было ПАО "Кировский завод", затем в бизнес вошёл экс–глава АО "Сбербанк Лизинг" Дмитрий Ерошок, выкупивший 33,3% долей. К концу 2019 года он и вовсе стал мажоритарным владельцем, сконцентрировав 51% долей КЗГТ (у Кировского завода осталось 49%). В 2021–м доля предпринимателя оказалась передана на баланс компании, к этому моменту её участь уже была фактически решена.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
