Вопрос представил министр иностранных дел Арарат Мирзоян, отметив: «В порядке гражданской инициативы на рассмотрение парламента был представлен проект закона о начале процесса вступления Армении в ЕС, и теперь правительство должно выразить свою позицию. Мы предлагаем выразить позитивную позицию, исходя из нескольких обстоятельств».
