В итоге суд выписал мне три штрафа на 50 тысяч. То есть немного уменьшил размер штрафов, учитывая смягчающие обстоятельства (размер пенсии, наличие детей и т.п.)
В ходе рассмотрения дел выяснилось, что суммы двух из четырёх кривых пожертвований, за которые Центризбирком выписал административку, составляют 30 (тридцать) и 70 (семьдесят) рублей. За что был подвергнут штрафу в 20 тысяч по одной статье КоАП, и почему-то за то же самое по другой статье ещё в 10 тысяч.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
