Ветеран Чеченской кампании Евгений Козлов прошёл пешком с трёхметровым дубовым крестом от Чебоксар до Московской области за 25 дней. По словам Евгения, свой путь он начал в память о погибшем на СВО друге.

С погибшим другом Козлов познакомился в тюрьме. В 2002 году Евгению дали 22 года тюрьмы по делу об убийстве, 18 из которых он отсидел. Мужчина утверждает, что благодаря церкви он вышел другим человеком.
Сейчас Козлов проводит Крёстный ход в Чувашии. Евгений уже посетил более десяти населённых пунктов. По окончанию хода он собирается отвезти груз на СВО.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
