По данным ИПЕМ, около 60% инновационных полувагонов сосредоточено у операторов, работающих с двумя крупнейшими угольными компаниями: СУЭК и "Кузбассразрезуголь".
Тем же, у кого такой подвижной состав отсутствует, придется прибегнуть к своповым операциям, что увеличит расходы на аренду.
