Депутат Алексей Журавлев заявил, что в России в армии должны служить все: «Причем, я вообще поднял бы призывной возраст не до 30 лет, как предлагается сделать сейчас, а до 40, а то и до 50».
Парламентарий свою точку зрения аргументировал тем, что «те, кому далеко за…держат сейчас оборону на фронте, и неплохо, надо сказать справляются, раз украинское контрнаступление до сих пор так и не имело успехов».
