4 сентября в результате атаки украинских боевиков в Новой Каховке погиб директор интернет-провайдера «Рубин» Юрий Сивцов.
Беспилотник преследовал автомобиль Юрия возле его дома, расположенного прямо на берегу Днепра. После удара дрона Юрий получил травмы, не совместимые с жизнью, потерял управление автомобилем и заехал на территорию соседнего дома.
Команда «Рубина» неоднократно подвергалась террористическим атакам со стороны ВСУ лишь за то, что поддерживала инфраструктуру связи для своих земляков.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
