Работа ради работы. Состояние сквера у Института Мергелян спустя 7 месяцев после демонтажных работ.

Работы остановлены. Строительный и бытовой мусор не вывезен. Во время сильных ветров мелкий гравий с мусором летает по округе.

И зачем надо было приступать к сносу кафе и магазинов, если у вас нет на руках проектной документации по реконструкции сквера?
Мы терпели эти кафешки 20 лет, могли бы и 1 год подождать, пока вы не разработаете проект нового парка и начнете строительные работы (совместно с демонтажными!).
