Тезисы из выступления: 📌 По итогам 2023 года заняли 76% рынка отечественных ОС и 20% рынка российского инфраструктурного ПО. 📌 Во 2 квартале ожидают вхождения в индекс Мосбиржи (free float достиг 15%). 📌 Астра обладает высокой сезонностью, примерно 70%+ выручки приходится на 2 полугодие. 📌 SaaS модель развита слабо, основные продажи — это бессрочные решения. Причина — хотят собрать как можно большее число клиентов, чему продажа лицензий способствует лучше из-за предпочтений заказчиков.
✏️ На протяжении всей встречи было очень много фокуса на прошлых результатах, но почти ничего рассказали про будущие планы или стратегию развития. Сильный контраст с Вуш или Позитивом: где первые продавали будущие результаты компаний, Астра зачем-то потратила ~15 минут на рассказы о собственных СЗИ (средствах защиты информации). Было похоже на презентацию для представителей информационной безопасности, а не инвесторов в компанию.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
