На монете – памятник советскому солдату на мемориальном кладбище Зееловских высот авторства скульптора Льва Кербеля и Владимира Цигаля, открытый 18 ноября 1945. Общая высота 11 м, в том числе фигура солдата 4 м. Пражская операция 6-11 мая 1945 – последняя крупная операция Красной Армии в Европе в ВОВ. Уничтожена группа «Центр» и часть сил группы «Юг», освобождена Чехословакия и Прага. На монете – памятник «Братство» (скульптор Карел Покорны). Скульптура высотой 2,5 м с объятиями советского солдата и чешского ополченца создана для города Ческа-Тршебова и открыта в 1951, но копии установлены в Праге в 1960, в Ленинграде и в Крыму. Пражский памятник перенесен из-за строительства метро в фойе Парламента ЧССР, в 1988 установлен в Врхлицких садах. Не раз осквернялся, в 2024 отправлен на реставрацию.
