🔷17 и 18 января в рамках республиканского общественно-культурного проекта «Марафон единства» в Гродно Национальная библиотека Беларуси представила две выставки, заслуживающие внимания широкой зрительской аудитории.

☝🏻Выставка «Книги в дар Президенту» знакомила посетителей старейшей публичной библиотеки Беларуси – Гродненской областной научной библиотеки им. Е. Ф. Карского, с уникальным собранием изданий, подаренных Александру Григорьевичу Лукашенко главами других государств, видными политическими, общественными и культурными деятелями.

🔹Выставка плакатов из фонда Национальной библиотеки Беларуси «Со знаком качества!» развернулась в торговом центре «Олд Сити». В экспозиции представлено 27 советских агитационных и сатирических плакатов 1960–1980-х гг., созданных в т.ч. знаменитыми художниками-графиками БССР.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
