The Great Plains Active Club was formed to combat the difficulties presented in the area at the time, primarily organizing in any one of the States we came to encompass.
We have since overcome that challenge effectively.
To accommodate continued growth and scaling as efficiently as we have so far, for the safety of our membership, and for continued structural integrity we have broken up and launched a Club for each of our States: Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa
If you apply for GPAC we will forward you onto the respective State Club, GPAC will exist into the future as a promotional entity for these Clubs.
Thank you to the men of GPAC and their families in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa for helping build our community and cultivate it's quality membership over the last year and a half.

NEWS Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
