Сысоев был недавно назначен, как известно, замгубернатора Тюменской области, Марков пока - депутат думы ХМАО. Лохматить Бабу Нату будет в окружном парламенте некому. Вот думаю, может это и было разменной монетой при договоренностях о назначении с Олегом Чемезовым и его оркестром?
