На оперативном совещании в Правительстве области, которое прошло под председательством Губернатора Георгия Филимонова, обсуждался вопрос о ходе реализации проектов по созданию особых экономических зон на территории региона.
Ранее Глава региона обсудил создание второй ОЭЗ «Великий Устюг – родина Деда Мороза» с основателем АФК «Система» Владимиром Евтушенковым в Москве. Кроме того, к юбилею Великого Устюга в 2027 году запланировано реконструировать вотчину Деда Мороза, построить новые гостиницы и благоустроить центр города.
В Вологодской области к 2030 году планируют открыть 27 новых гостиниц.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions.
