Милонов также добавил, что «маткапитал – это не разовая материальная помощь, а для чего-то фундаментального».
«Вы сегодня машину купили, а завтра поехал, гололед – разбился. Весь материнский капитал улетел. Я бы предложил, если бы вы предложили давать лошадь, например. Она точно произведена в России и точно такой же транспорт», – заявил Виталий Милонов.
