Состоялась протокольная встреча Посла с Митрополитом Русенским Наумом.

Э.В.Митрофанова вместе с соотечественниками возложила цветы к памятнику советскому воину-освободителю, который также известен как Русенский Алеша, и на могилы воинов-красноармейцев.

Посол посетила Региональный исторический музей г.Русе, где встретилась с его педставителями, и с.Мечка, где почтила память погибших за освобождение Болгарии от османского ига в ходе Русско-турецкой войны 1877-1878 гг.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
