Ограничения сняты, в масках ходят единицы, остальные себя ведут таким образом, как будто ковида больше нет (почитайте ради интереса про Сочи https://www.bfm.ru/news/446906)
Я честно говоря не понимаю, что в таких условиях должно помешать коронавирусу начать распространяться в РФ с новой силой. Хотя если считать статистику одним из видов творчества, тогда понятно. А если все-таки объективно подходить к вопросу, то увы все факторы за дальнейшее распространение эпидемии. @marketdumki
