Впервые Маликова появилась среди учредителей Промсельхозбанка (Москва) в июле 2023 г., тогда она приобрела 3% у Максима Соломатина. Через месяц она довела свою долю до 10%, выкупив пакет у Граварда Агаджаняна.
В конце 2022 г. в Промсельхозбанке полностью сменились акционеры и топ-менеджеры. В банк зашла "футбольная команда" из 11 человек с долями менее 10% у каждого, среди них был и Анатолий Белобеев - гендиректор и владелец компании-производителя светодиодных светильников НПО Союз, с 1996 по 2012 был председателем правления Мосуралбанка (лицензия отозвана в 2018). Тогда одним из основных бенефициаров Мосуралбанка была Марина Сечина, бывшая супруга главы Роснефти Игоря Сечина.
Похоже у футбольной команды наконец-то появляется капитан.
