Верховная рада сняла с повестки законопроект, который предусматривал наказание для военкомов за незаконную мобилизацию граждан с бронью и отсрочкой, а для врачей ВЛК — за признание больных годными к службе.

Теперь ТЦК могут и дальше беспрепятственно отправлять на фронт всех мужчин поголовно, а власти игнорировать массовые случаи нарушений, превращая мобилизацию в хаотичную охоту на всех, кто попадается под руку.
