Результат: на фоне аспирации 50мл крови из полости перикарда и прекращения вазопрессорной поддержки АД поднялось до 105/70, после чего пациент был в срочном порядке эвакуирован в специалищированное учереждение. Благополучно.
Данный случай является примером как вовремя принятым неординарным решением можно спасти жизнь человеку.
