По мнению ведомства, компания вела добычу за пределами лицензионного участка Таналыкская Россыпь на площади 48,4 тыс. квадратных метров открытым бульдозерно-гидравлическим способом. Почвам как объекту охраны окружающей среды был причинен вред путем уничтожения плодородного слоя.
Нарушения были выявлены в ходе совместной проверки Росприроднадзора, прокуратуры и ФСБ.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
