Ранее Куцевляк на протяжении пяти лет работал вместе с Текслером в Минэнерго РФ. После назначения Текслера на пост челябинского губернатора Куцевляк переехал на Южный Урал. Сначала он трудился на должности главы челябинского Минэка, а потом стал замглавы аппарата правительства и губернатора региона. Сейчас же Куцевляк получил пост замгубернатора Челябинской области.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
