Frühlingszwiebeln putzen, das Weiße und Hellgrüne in halbe Ringe schneiden. Olivenöl in einem Topf erhitzen. Zwiebeln kurz andünsten, TK-Erbsen zugeben und kurz mitdünsten. Ca. 100 g von der Erbsen-Zwiebel-Mischung aus dem Topf nehmen und in eine Schüssel geben. Zu den Erbsen im Topf 500 ml Gemüsebrühe und 200 ml Schlagsahne gießen. Zugedeckt aufkochen, 2 Min. garen und dann mit dem Schneidstab sehr fein pürieren, mit Salz würzen. Die Erbsen in der Schüssel mit abgeriebener Bio-Zitronenschale, Zitronensaft, Salz und Chiliflocken würzen. Die Suppe mit den Erbsen anrichten und mit etwas Olivenöl beträufelt servieren.
