[13:86] Итак, Всеславянская федерация – вот единственно разумное, а потому и единственно возможное решение Восточного вопроса. Но, прежде чем подробнее рассматривать его и разбирать все возражения, которые могут быть против него сделаны и делаются со стороны друзей и недругов, нам должно ещё обратить всё наше внимание на один из самых существенных элементов этого вопроса, которого мы ещё не касались, но который по справедливости считается его гордиевым узлом. Этот узел желательно было бы не рассечь, а развязать, т.е. решить по справедливости, или, иными словами, сообразно с внутренними существенными требованиями дела. Я разумею вопрос о Константинополе.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
