● أوَّلًا : مِن السُّنَّةِ
عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عنه ، عن النبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم قال : ((يقولُ الله عزَّ وجَلَّ : الصَّومُ لي وأنا أجزي به ؛ يدَعُ شَهوتَه وأكْلَه وشُربَه مِن أجلي )). رواه البخاري ومسلم.
#وجه_الدلالة : أنَّ الاستمناءَ مِن الشَّهوةِ التي لا يكونُ الصَّومُ إلا باجتنابِها.
● ثالثًا : لا كفَّارةَ فيه ؛ لأنَّ النَّصَّ إنما ورد في الجِماعِ ، والاستمناءُ ليس مِثلَه.
