Первый взрыв произошёл около 16:20 в субботу в областном ТЦК в городе Ровно. Следующий прогремел уже на следующий день в Павлограде. Ещё об одном взрыве сообщают сейчас в помещении Каменец-Подольского ТЦК, Хмельницкая область.
Во всех трёх случаях сообщается о погибших и раненых. Очевидно, украинцы начали радикальную борьбу с творящейся в стане могилизацией и беспределом военкомов.
